I am on CIP, Will I get 3 months notice period or the next day itself the HR will say u can submit all things and go. Also, I am not getting much calls for job switch in Hyderabad location having 3 + years of experience.
Please suggest me on this people
I was also got into PIP will i be getting 10 days time or will they tell me to resign on that day. Why Coz i will get 1 year of exp. if i am there for 10days in this job. Can anyone tell if anyone knows!
If CIP is the same as PIP, they give you some targets while enrolling you to PIP and one month’s time to see your performance against those targets. If you achieve those targets, you clear PIP. But you will not get any bonus or hike for the next one year. Incase you fail the PIP after a month, the HR will ask you to put in your resignation and you will be asked to leave on the same day. You will receive your experience letter as well as the salary for the 2 or 3 months depending on the duration of your project’s notice period. They wont ask you to serve notice period, but will pay you for it.

The choice is yours... Not sure if they'll release you immediately. But you can either resign and search for a job or get a job and resign
