Resignation : Notice Period QVA

Lets assume that my LWD is in Nov. Would I get the QVA for the 3rd quarter on pro rate basis in FFS? or Would I get low balled. The reason I ask is because if I am not going to get my QVA, I would rather skip the office and work from home.

QVA is usually pro-rated, but skipping office could affect it. Check with HR for specifics. Working from home without approval might risk your QVA.
