If we put resignation in coming days, do we need to follow this RTO then ? Or are we exempted from that day itself? please help here

*no hikes no promotions since last 3 years,and frustrated with this RTO thing as well.

No exemption but after resignation no need to care about rto policy.

Exemted. There was a screenshot shared some days earlier if the consequences. It was clearly mentioned np are exempted
