If I resign now . Will I get increment as still band is not distributed

Last year, I heard they didn't release band for NP employees. So, you will get an increment only if you give papers after bands get declared.

As per ceo guidelines, the organisation will not stop any associate who has resigned. No salary correction . No promotion etc
