But how do you show the offer letter , Infosys itself give offer letter once we join

not that new offer letter on basis of what you will request the hike.

They will not ask you for offer letter. The retention hike is based on your unit budget for retention, your managers perception of your criticality and talent irrespective of what you think. And finally how much the manager can pursue the DM. The hr is a rubber stamp in this case.
