Trending @Capgemini; Resign without offers in hand. SAP PBS Practice

Hello folks,

Direly thinking to Resign without offer in hand as things are very toxic in current project and am not getting any fruitful employment calls. What's your genuine suggestion and does anyone has similar experience?

Resign without offer and 90 days are enough to grab new offer. Practice for interviews and have patience for getting calls as most of the recruiters won’t consider 90 days notice candidates. But once you left with 30 or 45 days notice you’ll start getting more calls. Don’t be part of toxic project and try to negotiate the notice period if possible.

Project is extremely toxic. Seniors with Uncle mentality where in auto-pilot mode till the midst of Project execution now everything is on a toss and they expect us to slog like a mule.

That's fine since it's only way to get interviews since most don't even consider with 90 days notice. Btw, how many years of experience do u have?

You did great job. Start preparation for first month then start aggressively applying for the jobs and definitely u will find best offer in last month. So utilise ur notice to find best offer.

First step u completed by resignation
