Resign without offer in hand?

I had resigned without an offer from my previous company. I then went for 34 days trip. Later after 2 months, i got another job. But i struggled to get interview calls and find myself lucky that i got this job. If you dont have an offer, there is no way to negotiate the salary. Again 90 days notice period is a head ache. You can talk with your manager or HR if they can relieve you early. But before all these, be prepared with cracking interviews. If you are somewhat ok with your current job, prepare well for interviews first.
