I'm planning to resign as Hard work is not valued here and they didn't promote me to an Associate Consultant... My designation is Senior Software engineer from last 2 yrs. And even though I'm getting interview calls they are rejecting bcz of 90 days notice period. So I need suggestions. Please help me with this!!! Thank you
Companies like TCS, Infosys accept 90 days notice period. So try in the companies which accept 90 days notice period.
Is it true, Bcz I got a call for tcs interview but was told 90 days notice period is high and Infosys I am not getting any calls
Yes, tcs recuiter has scheduled interview for me after saying 90 days NP. I could not join interview due to system issues. May the recruiter who contacted you is recruiting for specific project which requires less NP.
Same here, been senior Software Engineer for 2 years now, no promotion and hikes are barely 10% , and not even getting single call due to notice period
Yes, Hike is 4% and Even after clear Multiple Microsoft Certification and maintaining BTO, Learning hours No good rating
How I handled my 90 days notice period:::
My friends resigned and now they are jobless. So I know for sure I need offer to resign. I tried 3-4 months and got an offer from Infosys. I mean all hr discussions happened. Will get offer after a week or 10 days. Now I will resign and search for product base companies or higher hikes.
