Trending @Accenture; Resign without offer?

I’m starting to prepare and upskill now. Shall I resign immediately as I’m very disappointed with outcome, no promotion even after being on L11 for 2.5 yrs.

Shall I take the risk? Or shall I try for new job first, get some offer and then only resign?

Working as a manual tester. My team and people here are worst. Have to work for 12 hours everyday and need to be available on Saturdays as well whenever they ask for.

Better take an offer first and then resign market condition is not good at the moment.

Learn at least one automation tool first as getting job openings are rare for manual testers these days. You can start with selenium with java.
