Resign without offer

I badly want to leave my current project but not able to get release which left me with one option i.e., resignation. However I don’t have an offer in hand. All the offers that I get are getting rejected due to notice period.

Is it good idea to resign without any offer in hand particularly at this point of time? What do you guys think, Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

It's risky to resign without offer but once you resign you need to serve 3 month np and it is enough to get new offer during resignation period

So what do you suggest? To resign or not to resign? I didn’t get.

If you are confident that you will get an offer within 3 months it's fine and definitely you get it. and if by chance you got a project in tcs definitely it's not going to match your job and is tough to release from the project after that, only resignation is the solution at last.

You can try targeting companies like infosys which usually agrees for a 3 month notice period. Even if the hike is not great, just for a sense of security. Once you submit your resignation, you will start getting calls and it will increase towards the end of the notice period.

If its unbearable, take a leap of faith. All the best!

I would suggest to resign. Then take up the interviews. You will have 90 days in your hand. if you have good skill in your domain for sure you will get an offer. Also before appearing for any interview please do gap analysis for yourself and try to develop where you lag. All the best.

Do it buddy, I did the same in July, even stayed duck, cleared CTS in last 20 days of NP, cleared 1 data startup to satisfy my ego, one mid sized start up so that no one says it was fluke, and one big 4. Joined big4, cleared one of the top US based sportswear client.
Total 5YoE, domain relevant 3YoE.

Market is open seeing a lot of job emails and calls personally also so if u have a good tech stack like cloud or phyton developer or have experience in the range of 6 years kind of u can chose to resign
