Resign without offer

I plan to resign from my current organization without having another offer and actively search for a new role. I believe that serving my notice period while job hunting will create more opportunities than my current position. I have strong experience as a Gen AI developer, particularly in production deployment. Suggestions are welcome, specially from the hiring HRs.
