Trending @Infosys; Resign without any offer letter....,.
I joined Infosys over two years ago as an Operations Executive. I was trained in Mainframe technologies but remained on the bench until August 2024. Since then, I've been assigned to a networking project that I'm not interested in pursuing.
Given the lack of growth opportunities, promotions, and salary increases during my time at Infosys, I've decided to resign. I'm concerned about the time I've spent at the company without significant career advancement. While I don't currently have another offer, I'm seeking your advice on the best course of action: should I resign or continue with Infosys?

I have been searching for job since a year now and unable to get any offer letter. I am thinking about putting down resign too. My logic behind this is, once you are in notice period, you will work your way to find a opportunity outside and also 90 days is sufficient period of you are doing it with dedication. For a year I have been doing it just for the sake of practice, now I guess I will take it more seriously and land a opportunity accordingly

I have similar thought about resignation.

Resigning without an offer is like jumping without a parachute, risky business. Maybe start job hunting while still employed, keeps the cash flow steady and options open.

If you have enough knowledge to tackle an interview from the new company, I would have said go ahead, but with the 2 years experience, It would be difficult to convince the recruiter to get you a job. At current market position, I would say get reskilled and get into a project.
