Been working on manual testing hectic project since 1.5 year ,been worked on much responsibility which each of my teammate knows,but lead gives negative feedback and asks kind of blackmail me about pip,but now senior resource is leaving they gave kt to me among other teammates to handle project alone but I'm not given any hike , beyond all these i have knowledge and intrest on technical roles ,so tried studying but not able to focus because of work pressure around 12hrs i work...So i have no offer letter but I feel like taking risk and workhard and choose carrier path I like other side scared of the job market and need some hope....
Talk to manager or senior manager, clearly define boundaries and work on up skilling and leave.
At max they can give you pip if that's the case asl for release from project that'll give you 3 months of notice period to work on yourself
Yeah once i spoke to manager and senior manager aswell, but they are just saying u have to deal with it..the thing is i don't even have chargibility,and it is like save budget,not worried about how pressurised it is.
