Hi folks,

I’m currently on bench in Accenture and considering resigning to explore external opportunities. My official notice period is 90 days.

Wanted to understand from anyone who has gone through this: 1. Does Accenture HR force early release if you resign while on bench? 2. Can they reduce notice period unilaterally, or is it always mutual agreement? 3. Any real experiences on how HR typically handles bench resignations?
