Trending @HCL; Resign w/o any in hand offer
Doesn’t feel to work here anymore . Should I resign without having in hand offer? How’s the market outside for java developer?(Having 3 yrs of exp)

Good, I would suggest the same thing ,I suggested to one of the junior java developers of my team..
Road In front of gate number 1 of sector 126 sez office ..there are multiple IT companies office like Tech Mahindra , every weekend there are walking for Java developers there ...try out in those walk-ins
Remember one thing....Never ever resigned without a job offer. It doesn't matter if you are having 3 years of exp or 30 years of exp. You won't get your expected salary. Start searching here and then switch with a job offer else you will regret your decision.
What is the reason for resignation?
Find the reason, try to fix if possible before looking outside. If all the possibilities are drowned only then look outside.
Because no matter where you go, everything would still remain same.
Evaluate!! Fix!! Re-evaluate!! Fix!! Keep doing.
Switch. You will easily get an offer outside. Get an offer and resign. You are not here in the business of setting things right in an org. You not happy then switch. Best thing I would say is switch jobs every 2-3 years that way your salary increases and exposure increases.
