Resign risk for MTech

2024 passout from MH shifted to Hyd for job Struggling in a support project with firewall tech, despite being interested in development. Joined due to a forced premapped project by RMG. Bond period’s 1 year, notice period’s 3 months. Can I resign around Sept 20 (joined Dec 20) or am I stuck (can’t put resignation in between bond periods)? Want to pursue MTech for a development role & better pay. Ik switching is also the option but I can’t sustain here and wait for 2-3 years for the perfect switch, should I take the leap & risk it?
