Firstly is it self resignation? If it is then when you resign did they offer you any compensation like 5 months salary or like that.

If you are not returning everything then it may deducted during your fnf settlement

You need to return all items mapped against your id in service now tool , if not listed there you may not be required to submit but return whatever is available else it will impact full and final settlement
