What Resign procedure in CG? Shall I inform the manager before resigning?
No need to inform ..if you are decided you can directly apply resignation
Any procedure to follow? Or Can directly send a resignation email to HR?
After you apply the resignation.. Automatically Hr and manager get notified that you are resigned .after resignation within 14 days manager not approved means , automatically your resignation will approve . My suggestion is before applying talk to your manager once .later take your decision
No need to tell ,email will by default be sent to them
After you resign people manager, hr managers and all kind of managers of the world will try to convince you. That they will give you hike, onsite work, best compensation. Don't fall in that trap.
One of my friend was easily convinced & later he was given better compensation after 1 year. Which he could have done that same year of resignation. CAREFUL it's your career & future
