Resign Policy in TCS
I heard from my colleague regarding resign process in TCS. He is trying to move out from TCS, so he kept his resignation without any offers in hand. I was shocked and asked him to how you kept without any offer. He said that in TCS we can revert our resignation in Last working day also. Is that true?
What if they are going to release early just wanted to know let’s say if one resigned in project and got released to rmg and these rmg team are releasing within one week or two in that case how it’s gonna work?
If any person aligned with project, they won’t release immediately because they will have billing issue and also get bad impression from client.
