Resign or Termination ?

Hi , HR asked to resign me without notice period and threaten me If I dont resign she will start my pip and we will terminate you . It’s 2 nd month of my pip . On 15 may my pip will end. They are giving worst feedback on every pip assignment. I don’t know what to do.

My last 2 appraisal are ruined - I’m still at the ctc where I started 2 years ago. Total Experience - 1.8 years in Tcs
