Resign or Endure ?
Been in a toxic workplace for a while now. Every day feels like firefighting between constantly changing priorities and expectations.
I end up committing to a lot but barely finishing anything, and it’s honestly exhausting at this point.
Confused if I should just resign without an offer or try to endure this a bit

15hsince you haven't mentioned your compensation, it's impossible to say if you're underpaid. you're asking a pay question about a pain problem. the job isn't just the work, it's the cost of doing the work.
