Resign on Bench
If I resign while I am on bench, I this case do TCS provide me 90 days of salary in F&F settlement?

That's your choice.... the joing letter clearly states that if you need to leave the company its 90 days and that is vice versa... if the company wants to get rid of you they have to pay for 90 days even if they terminate you in 10 or 15 days....
But if you want to get out early you can ask for early exit... they company won't take any money for not serving 90 days
You sure? That if they release you early from TCS they pay you for the remaining days from 90 days? Coz i have heard that they make you leave early even without paying you for the remaining days(provided you have resigned voluntarily)
