Resign from TCS
Today i have resigned from the toxic culture and mental torture by my manager from tcs. Currently I don't have any offer in my hand but hoping that something will fall within this 3 month notice period. Any leads or suggestions are welcomed. Let me know what should be the next plan of action for me? Considering my next job hunt.
What is torturing mean they want from you kiss of bullet proof ass?
Mental pressure to complete tasks that requires n number of hours but wanted to get it done ASAP and ways to put pressure on you to complete the work. Rework multiple times. Unwanted meetings and dragging things along
I think all employees need to decide 1 week where all people Stop to do work then management will wake up with client in front of all employees 😆
I too resigned without any offer. I've 4YOE and am planning to switch careers as well.
