Resign from TCS

How can I resign from TCS without sending resignation email, is there any Portal in Ultimatix from where we can initiate our separation.

Only way is to write a mail to hr and supervisor. They need to be involved for clearances

Manager does not have an option to not accept resignations since it is employee right

You dont have to ask for 90 days. Unless you are unallocated that is the default one and you will have to serve 90 days itself

As per policy, once you submit your resignation, the notice period starts. The company is required to release you within the notice period (usually 90 days). Manager approval isn’t needed to accept the resignation. HR processes it as per policy. So you can put in your papers and plan accordingly.
