Resign during PIP

Hi guys I am very depressed.

I am on PIP for 1 month and 1 more month is left , I want to leave tcs but even if I resign I have to complete the pip and give the exam , And I don't have the guts to fail as if I failed they will terminate , if I pass them I have to serve a 90 day notice period. Please advise

Are you sure if we failed they terminate us ? Training is no longer support to my profile then how can they say work on traings
