Trending @Accenture; Resign before pip start date

I got PIP in June cycle I want to resign I wanted to know notice period will be of 3 months ? When I am trying to raise exit from portal the last date is showing after 3 months…. My pip has not started yet. Please suggest how much will be notice period if I resign before pip start date?

If HR has initiated your pip then you have to go through PIP , based on the result your resignation will be accepted or rejected, if you fail in PIP HR can immediately ask you to leave
