I’m soon gonna get my VISA stamped (H1B Work Permit Approved). What happens if I chose to resign post visa is stamped? Can I get it transferred in the next company’s onsite opportunity? Or the VISA becomes invalid? Help me understand which is better- stay with CapG and wait for an opportunity? Or resign and get the transfer petitioned (if possible and the next company agrees) ?

Resign after your H1B is stamped, and you risk complications. Transfers are possible but not guaranteed. Stick with Capgemini for stability unless you have a solid offer elsewhere.
