What are some ⛳️ during interview process?
In your experience, what are some tell tale signs during interviews about a company?

Would you continue interviewing with a hiring manager who reschedules at the last minute? (less than 10 minutes to the interview)
Context- A recruiter reached out, resume shortlisted and interview scheduled 3 days in advance but still interviewer asks for rescheduling at the very last minute!
Think about it- You put efforts to manage time & ensure availability in the middle of the week but interviewer can’t even manage 30 minutes for an interview?
If the reason seems genuine, and he/she apologised and meant it, please forgive him/her.
Things happen sometimes.
Let me tell you other side of this. Might not be exactly same.
I am hiring data scientists for my team, we don't have HR in the process(intentionaly). so I am the one who schedules the interview and then takes them.
2 days back, one production issue came up suddenly, I asked candidate if I can delay it by 20 mins or reschedule to his availability, things went pretty smoothly.
I understand that people take out time from their calendars but I tbink it is fine to understand situation certain times.
I’d totally understand if the interviewer works in a role that requires immediate attention to issues but not the case here.
It’s neither an engineering or operational role
Once I was interviewing with ClearTax, they rescheduled it 4 times. I decided not to continue the process and sent a regret mail to CT recruiter.
More than a couple of times is a red flag
Yes and relax just go with the flow
Sometimes, things happen. It depends on the reasons given. If a genuine reason is given and the recruiter was sorry for rescheduling at the last minute then it can be fine. Also, in these cases, they should show courtesy of allowing you (the candidate) to choose from multiple new slots they provide or simply ask you to provide your own timeslots of convenience.
It's a red flag 🚩 if no proper reason was given and the recruiter just gives you only single time slot when they or the hiring manager is next available and doesn't ask you for your next availability first.
Have seen some instances, where recruiters treat you as if you have all the time in the world and will be available at anytime they propose.
Yes. Chill out.
Being transparent helps.

What is generally wrong with the hiring folks, either they're extremely late or most of the time there isn't a reply after the interview? Even after a follow up?? Why waste someone's time and build expectations? Like at least have enoug...
I have applied to a company for ASDE backend role, where they have already re-scheduled the interview twice so far. How many times can they re-schedule before it becomes unacceptable? They didn’t even told me the reason and HR always see...
I am in the process of getting interviewed by Google. I had to reschedule it by a week due to some unforeseen circumstances. Will it leave a bad impression on the HRs if I go ahead and reschedule it again?
