RERA in karnataka is joke
Was going through a document uploaded by builder on the RERA portal, there are so many fake docs. I felt like the government and builder just fool people on the name of RERA.
Please be careful while buying or thinking of house

Just go to Karnataka RERA site, project status search for 'Retreat Mayberry'
Click on details, check documents for delay tab.
In the delay tab check consent document.(fake signatures)
Check the land record document.(doctor type land records handwritten documents)
Can share more supporting evidence of needed.
That’s why I prefer Ready to Move. Under construction flats are gambling in India.
Even ready to move flats aren’t safe. You never know when a new government falls and doesn’t like the builder and then cancels the planning documents and gets the building demolished
These was a consent document which had to be uploaded on website asking buyer to provide consent and every signature on that is fake
