Requirements for getting Remote Job

Can someone provide valuable insight about how to get a remote job in MERN development? What are the difficulties someone can face? How to apply/get referrals for the Job opportunities.? Any Job portal where they hire from? What salary range I should expect?

Note- I have industry experience of about 1.5 years but not in Web development (MERN). I'm learning MERN on my own and making some end-to-end projects.

Start writing online about your work. You should be able to get opportunities then.

I post everything i learn and about the project on Linkedin.

Try twitter as well. Be patient, consistently write. Follow some people, comment on their posts that's how you make yourself visible

few guys who got offer had mentioned in twitter to apply thru- wellfound, YCcombinators for applying.
