Hello,

I have been onboarded as an elite employee at TRB and was promoted to B1 after one year. I have 1.4 years of experience as B1, and my total experience at Wipro is 2.4 years. What are the requirements and process for moving up to B2? Is there a specific procedure to follow?

I think after 18 months you can get the band promotion

It’s just eligibility but they won’t promote they much easily min 2 to 3 years it will take in B1 to B2

18 mnths, 4-5 ratings in the current yr and previous yr, myskillZ completion for the current year....these are the eligibility criteria for manager nominated promotions.....in addition to it they have now started the role based promotion, details of which u can find in the mail they sent last month
