Requirement for a Business analytics role

Graduated in 2023 with a Commerce degree, and my initial MBA plans haven't worked out. I'm feeling pretty lost and overwhelmed right now. I know I need tangible skills, so I've started learning HTML and CSS. It's exciting, but also daunting, and I'm not sure if I'm even on the right track. I think skills in business analytics are super transferable and valuable. What are the most practical skills I should focus on to land a business analytics role? Any advice from those in the field or on a similar path?
