Any Project available for java developer?
I don't understand why there are hundreds of people asking for java Project and requirements.
But in reality they don't even know basic java . If you really want a java project you should be proficient in writing java code without any help from Google that's how they take interview in wipro.
But in reality they are not even checking our skills and resume even withouth checking they haven been rejecting all the projects which ever i applied. i accept it wont be that proficient in java but they might have know basics.
As freshers we join with lot of excitement and all to work to upskill but where as come to reality we dnt even get a weekend to learn instead all we get to do is working on excel, data entry, weekend shifts, night shifts straight away 15 days to 1 month we hardly get 2 -4 days in month for ourselves and the doors for upskill is closed. May be if we try to grow in product they even consider us we get to do all the sla report thing all the things except the original work at-least they should guide us as we are freshers in project few people they dnt even respond when we ping them.
In my project they not even mention me that I’m releasing from the project prior. At the month end i asked team lead that why i have no shift for the next month in roaster then they mention i heard ur going to release and it was some 6-7 days before my release.
