Require help filling CTS PF details

Hi Everyone,

I recently received an offer from Cognizant (CTS) and was asked to fill out some personal details related to my Provident Fund (PF). However, I’m a bit confused about the following fields and would appreciate your help:

1. Previous PF account maintained by – Should I select EPFO or Trust? 2. Last PF Number with EPFO – How do I find the following components? • Region Code • Office Code • Establishment ID • Extension • Account Number • Non-Contributory Period (NCP Days)

Since TCS is my first company, I’m not sure where to find this information.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the form for your reference.

TCS pf is managed by trust. Go to Ultimatix - document - pf statement, you'll get all details.

You can put your pf number and chatgpt and ask for the split. Your pf number is combiantion of all these region code etc

Login to epfo portal with your uan number. You can find all these details

Did , I cannot see Region code , office code , establishment ID & extension there . Could you please help me here ?

TCS manage PF of all employees so u will not find any details on pf website . select 'trust'
