Requesting to make the silent layoff public
It is a request to the affected employees to be more vocal on social media regarding the layoff in tcs.since 2-3 days I am seeing so many sad posts regarding this but none is visible in facebook or linkedin.when layoff or forced resignation happens in big tech or in cts,infy, Accenture,media creates ruckus so that should also be applicable on the so called ethical giant of india.Whole nation should be aware about the current condition of tata group after ratan tata passed away.
Fully support.... But need many employees corporation... Best suggestions is to make strikes against the organization for more public attention ... Showcase the CEO , Higher Officials and RMG hikes happened and then y the rest of employees are not getting the desired hikes..
If they go public that they were layed off because they were on bench then other companies will consider it negatively.
