Requesting reviews for Moengage for a tech lead role
I’m currently at the late stages of my interviews with Moengage for a Tech Lead role. Need some reviews on the company culture, business and expected pay band for the stated role. Would appreciate some insights!
Current TC: 54 lpa + esops
Also, does Moengage provide good RSUs/ESOPs which are worth good momey and value? I’m looking to stay for a longer time in my next stint. Is Moengage one such company? The Glassdoor reviews look very fancy, but wanted a clearer picture from the community. Thanks!
