Requesting job referral for a Engineering fresher

Hey folks, one of my friends brother is looking out for a job and is based in Bangalore.

• While he completed his Engineering (Information Science) in 2020, he was preparing for IAS and didn't see success and hence searching for a job.
• Could you guys help with a reference if any? He has done some personal projects in DevOps and happy to pass on his resume.
