Hey C3A folks on people. How is the interview call now a days for the internal project inside TCS for the Java, Springboot and Microservices?
And is there any client round also fo the process to get a new project?
Overall if someone is having 10+ yoe IT and right now in C3A, how difficult it's to get a project for the average learner.

Its hard there is alot of competition. Clients want leaner models of operation.
Most clients require a client interview now due to quality drops and mishaps.
Getting a project is hard as I mentioned in my first statement. Clients want more for less and leaner modes

Yes now don't restrict yourself to Java, Springboot, Microservices. Be open and flexible. Customers are looking for people who can act as one man army.
