Hello Everyone,
I am working on TCS in Mumbai location. But my hometown is Kolkata location. After seeing the doctor, my mother was diagnosed with a tumor in her abdomen and two stones in her gallbladder. Due to for that reason I requested them to be released from my current project and to make arrangements for me to appointed Kolkata location. If I may transfer to the Kolkata branch, allowing me to manage both my professional responsibilities and my mother treatment.
Is they approved my request or not ?
First of all in this condition it does not require release from the Project if you are ok with it. You can continue your work anywhere from India 🇮🇳.
You can ask your Unit DM or Supervisor for relocation to Kolkata.
If my project is not present in Kolkata location so it is possible to work in Kolkata location?
