Requesting advise for choosing Offer

Hi Community

8 yoe , cctc 25 , backend dev Offered: Mastercard Pyne - 31 Lloyds technology centre Hyderabad- 37 Currently based in Pune.

Please help suggest which should I join for the king term impact? Lloyds offers the same domain that I am currently working. Mastercard switch will be a new domain exposure.

Please share ur opinion and also thoughts based on experience which should I go with considering exposure , tech scope , culture , stability etc.
