Requested release from project after accepting C Band.

Hi All. I have request release from the project after i got and accepted a C Band even after putting all efforts for project. Will be having discussion with manager in coming days for the release. Is it possible for them to change the band to D? After i accepted it?

Just speak 1 to 1 no need to email first. Once he agreed release then email the conversation

What is the variable pay we will get for C band just casually asking

Well they won't be able to change now ... Also if you want release make sure to get it asap maybe in this first quarter or max before the end of the second quarter . If not then later be ready for a c band again.
