Request to know ways for Promotion/Hike

I joined as a fresher. I have just got 3 years experience in TCS. My current CTC is 4.4 LPA after receiving the last week's compensation letter. Is there any way to get promotion or hike in TCS? I'm getting really shocked by seeing monthly net pay in my payslip/bank account. I'm desperately needed more salary. I request if anyone has knowledge regarding promotional things like ITA or any other things and help me the ways to get it.
