Request for Relocation or Deputation Due to Health Issues
Hello everyone, I have severe anxiety and depression, and there have been many nights when I couldn’t sleep properly. Because of this, I am struggling to work efficiently. I consulted a therapist, who analyzed my condition and provided a medical report. I am planning to submit this report to my manager and HR to request a relocation. If relocation is not possible, I would at least like to request a deputation until my health improves. What are the chances that they will consider my health issue serious enough to approve my request?
Surely they will help don't worry take in written from a doctor about your issue they will help you surely.
For relocation it depends many fector like there your unit is available or not ,your dependency in project also your skills.
But you will surely get Work from home expectation but need to apply every month for the same
