I am looking for Business Analyst (BA) opportunities within ongoing or upcoming projects that require expertise in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and testing. With 4+ years of IT experience as a Functional Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, and QA Analyst, I bring a combination of analytical, functional, and testing expertise to ensure efficient project execution.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

I have extensive experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams. My expertise includes Product Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, and PI Planning, ensuring smooth project execution. I am skilled in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows, aligning business objectives with technical solutions.

Software Development & Testing

I possess a deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle, ensuring thorough validation of business requirements. I have hands-on experience in Functional, User Acceptance (UAT), Integration, and Regression Testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect triaging. My experience also includes managing onshore-offshore coordination and facilitating UAT sessions with end users, ensuring seamless testing and deployment processes.

Domain Knowledge

I have strong domain expertise in Life Sciences & Healthcare, specifically in Med-Tech, Claims, Provider, Payer, and Code Systems, which has helped me navigate complex healthcare projects effectively. Additionally, I have experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain, where I have worked on supply chain solutions and business process optimization.

Having said that, I am open to shift to other domains as it will widen my domain expertise as well

Methodologies & Tools

I have worked extensively in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, allowing me to adapt to various project management approaches. My expertise includes working with the following tools:

Project & Requirement Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence

Process & Workflow Design: Visio, Lucidchart, Trello

Database & Query Execution: DBeaver - SQL Developer application, Oracle SQL Developer

Productivity & Data Management: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

I am also open to learning new technologies that align with Business Analyst roles, such as Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools, to enhance my ability to support data-driven decision-making.
