Reporting to rmg
Recently I got released from a project then I am under rmg, as per ultimatix my reporting location is x and rmg now wants me to report at y location which is far away from my home there are no tcs buses available there also piblic transport bus frequency is very less. I told RMG that I connot reported at y location I will continue reporting my depute location but she is forcing and told me If I did not report to y location there will be an hr action
What should I do now
Situation is not good, if you really think job is important we all need to obey the rules. TCS intentionally wants to reduce headcount.
Same issue im facing...
I spoke to RMG, Project management, HR but no use so I resigned
But you can try one thing...talk to project manager and request them to approve to work from x.

I dont have project manager, as I am unallocated now
Yeah , in some days they will block your access and initiate stop pay.
Report to the location RMG is saying , once u get the project then you can choose the location of project ODC.
Better get some project, otherwise they will ill-treat intentionally.
RMG will always ask you to report that location toh his/her depute location and you have to go there because it is not mandatory that there is any RMG at your depute location.
