Reporting to office
Hello everyone,
Recently I got release form the toxic project after lot of struggles finally I got release and I am very happy for this I just want to ask how do we report if we are on bench my base location is Mumbai and I stay in Hyderabad I would like to work in Hyderabad and I don’t want to move to Mumbai can I report to Hyderabad office if yes please let whom I need to reach out to take permission for this and how do we find rmg details to ask can someone please guide what should be done if I need to report from Hyderabad office
It's very tough to get the transfer, would suggest u to get in a project based in hyderabad asap. if u wait for long, most probably hr from mumbai will ask u to report in mumbai location. This happened with my friend. As he didn't reported, his 15 days salary was deducted. Later he get project which is allowing him to work from current location.

You can apply for open positions in HYD and once allocated change your base location by supervisor approval.
Connect with RMG Mumbai and ask for transfer or search for hyd location projects
Safest way is to search for a hyderabad based project from network .. clear interview , then the manager will do the rest...
A bit tougher way would be to ask RMG to send ur profile to hyd RMG .. but they usually wont do it...coz tcs dont want to entertain people who want transfer... but in this case u will become visible to rmg as well and u will be put in mum based project... thats the risk.
