Can any one tell me my base location is Pune DC Can I sit in my nearby DC Kolkata, will it be counted as work from office or do I need any approval for that ?

You need approval
WFO counts only if you work from your base location.

You can work from any Infosys office in India and it will be counted as WFO, if there are no DC restrictions or base DC mandatory.

Absolutely. U can work from kol DC w/o any approval or issue, it gets counted as wfo if u swipe in any DC.
