Trending @Infosys; Reporting to base location while on bench

CMTADM HR recently sent over a mail asking all bench resources to report 5 days WFO at their base location while on bench.

Any idea if this is being enforced? If yes, how so? Are WFH balance days not provided; or are they rejected by TPD?
