Reporting RMG after release
I have some questions regarding reporting to RMG after releasing from a Project as this will be my first project release after joining TCS.
1 - Can I report to my nearest branch RMG instead of base branch RMG after getting released from the project? Is it possible by requesting HR or is anyone doing / done this recently ?
2 - Is it mandatory to report RMG from the very 1st day after getting released from the project or can be done after somedays if remain u allocated for long time.
3 - If i get WFO exception then is it still mandatory to report to RMG ?
1.No you can't to nearby location without informing your current Location RMG considering those days of reporting as unauthorised absence restricting your Ultimatix access entirely including the salary suspension until you report back to your current location
2.No,you can start reporting with following day at time when received a mail from their end..
3.No the WFO exceptions aren't considered unless you are having genuine reason like medical or related one.. as you'd be asked to apply leave instead if you were facing issue at the date when you need to start reporting Reporting for them
You can apply leaves if you want
You will get mail from your reporting RMG within 1-2 day of your allocation end with details ....
And RMG does not give wfo exception usually
