Reporting bug in Grapevine App

Hi Grapevine, I see post replies belonging to some other post randomly when i open app via notifications, when i navigate back and open post, its fine.

Eg below Post is of Salary question and replies i see are of post i had commented on Tea. Vs Coffee post,
